Yes, we ship worldwide, we use international couriers such as DHL, UPS, GLS, Fed Ex and others. We strive to process all orders within 2 working days (maximum).  Please note that at certain times (national holidays etc.) dispatch might be delayed up to 3 days. Once sent, orders should arrive within 2 – 5 working  days (Europe) and 3 – 7 working days (rest of the world). For more information regarding shipping, please see our Shipping section.

In case you want to cancel your order, please contact our support desk as soon as possible at contact@klarf.com for further information on how to proceed. Please note that it is not possible to cancel the order once the order left our distribution center. If you decide to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible at contact@klarf.com to make sure that your order has not left our distribution center.

Our watches are guaranteed for 24 months from the date of purchase. In case your watch develops a fault during this time please contact our official online store: www.klarf.com  through our contact form or contact our customer service through e-mail: customerservice@klarf.com.

The warranty on a watch relates to the movement and not other parts such as the glass or the strap. Wear traces visible on the strap of a watch, must be considered as normal effects of usage.

Please note that KLARF’s warranty does not cover the following:

  1. Batteries, straps or bracelets.
  2. Damage caused from accidents, or mishandling to any part of the watch, including strap buckles, bracelets and watch glasses.
  3. Water penetration, except in watches marked as water resistant.
  4. Tarnishing of the watch bracelet or case.

As a customer, you have the right to return and receive a full refund of any purchased products within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that the watch must be in the exact new condition as when receiving the watch. A refund will only be granted if the product is in the same condition as it was received and still contains the protective stickers on the face and case back of the watch, as well as the plastic insert in the crown of the watch.  Any returns should be done through our contact form, or you can send an email at contact@klarf.com. We will send you a form to fill in and enclose with the watch when you send it back to us. You will receive an email confirming the registration of your return from our return department and your refund will reach you within 3-5 business days after that.

Our watches are classified as waterproof 3ATM. That means they are suitable for everyday use and are splash/rain resistant but should avoid direct contact with water. It means they do not resist showers and suchlike. Excessive contact with water may cause damage to the watch. Water leakage and/or damage caused under these circumstances will not be covered by the guarantee.

Together with your watch you will receive a manual where you will find a detailed guideline (with pictures) on how to adjust your Mesh strap.

To adjust the length of the Mesh straps you simply need to turn the strap to the back, take a small tool such as a fork and use it to lift open the clasp through the small gap in it. You will then be able to easily slide the clasp up and down the mesh strap to your required length. Then simply push the clasp back down to secure it in place.
