We are pleased to offer FREE shipping to any place in the world on all watches. Please note that we do not offer free shipping on separate straps / bracelets /bangles so when you purchase only a strap or jewelry (under 69 EUR) there will always be a shipping charge added to your order (and your order is treated as a regular shipping). We are pleased to offer Next Day Delivery option (at an extra charge – please see at checkout) and Express International Shipping to any place in the world on all watches (at an extra charge of 12 eur). We use international couriers such as DHL, UPS, GLS, Fed Ex and others. We strive to process all orders within 2 working days. For any express shipping in Europe you will receive your order within 3-5 business days once it has been dispatched. For any express shipping (at an extra charge) outside of Europe you will receive your order withing 3-5 business days once it has been dispatched. Please note that this does not mean you will receive your order within 5 business days from the day you placed the order. Once your payment has been authorized and verified it can still take up to 2 days for your order to be processed and dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirming the shipment and providing you with a tracking number. Please note the timeframe of 3-5 business days is given as a guide only and may be subject to change due to customs delays and unexpected events. Please note, you may be liable for import and/or customs duties on your order and will be responsible for paying these duties to release your order from customs upon arrival. These are not COD charges, they are duties and taxes charged in your country and are not related to KLARF specifically. All duties and taxes charged by customs of the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded or reimbursed KLARF for any reason. You may place an Order from outside the UE, but please note that your Order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the goods reach the destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. Please keep in mind that once your order has been dispatched KLARF is not responsible for any losses or damages. All countries have different rules on paying taxes. It is the customers responsibility to follow the tracking information provided and contact your local postal service to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your purchase. We will assist you in recovering an item to the best of our abilities, however, will not provide a replacement or refund until the item is returned successfully or confirmation that the item is being returned can be provided. When returning a package it is important that you pack your order properly to avoid any damage on the item.
