Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of the colours accurately reflect the colour of the Products. Although we have made every effort to be as accurate as possible, all sizes, weights, colours, capacities, dimensions and measurements indicated on our site have a 5% tolerance. When you purchase Products from our Website, and you have pressed the “PLACE ORDER” button and made a payment through one of our payment methods we shall confirm your Order via email and assign you with an order number via email to confirm your purchase. This email is a confirmation that we have received it (“Order Confirmation”). The Order Confirmation will confirm the following: a description of the Products ordered; the total price of the goods. Please quote the order number in all subsequent correspondence with us. All prices for the Products include VAT unless otherwise stated.If we are unable to supply you with a Product, for example because that Product is not in stock or no longer available or because we cannot meet your requested delivery date or because of an error in the price on our site, we will inform you of this by e-mail and we will not process your order. As a customer, you have the right to return and receive a refund of any purchased products within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that the watch must be in the exact new condition as when receiving the watch. A refund will only be granted if the product is in the same condition as it was received and still contains the protective stickers on the face and case back of the watch, as well as the plastic insert in the crown of the watch. Any returns should be done through our contact form, or you can send an email at email@example.com. We will send you a form to fill in and enclose with the watch when you send it back to us. You will receive an email confirming the registration of your return from our return department and your refund will reach you within 3-5 business days after that. The buyer bears the costs of shipping his/her order. We strongly advise any buyer who wants to return his/her order to choose for a secured shipment method. Return shipments take place at the risk of the buyer. The buyer shall return the ordered product to KLARF in the original state and packing, in accordance with the return instructions of KLARF. The buyer is responsible for the return shipment of his/her order and bears all the risks for the return shipment. KLARF advises the buyer to return a product by insured shipment and in a sealed packaging. If any packages are returned with no damages, the buyer will receive a refund within 3-5 business days and must be aware that shipping charge will be applied. It is important that as soon as you receive your package, you check the goods / products to see if there are any damages or faults on the product, and also that you have gotten the correct product. If you receive an item that does not match the product you ordered, please contact us within 14 days. Any complaints you have shall be done through our contact form at our contact page on klarf.com, or you can send an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. When sending a complaint it is important that you also give us your order number. When returning a package it is important that you pack your order properly to avoid any damage on the item.
In the event that the customer receives the wrong product, KLARF will allow for an exchange of products in the same range. An exchange will only be granted if the product is in the same condition as it was received and still contains the protective stickers on the face and case back of the watch, as well as the plastic insert in the crown of the watch. If it has been longer than 14 days since receiving the product, exchanges are no longer valid. To file for an exchange please contact our support team at email@example.com.
KLARF has the right to replace defective goods with goods from different model (but within the same collection).
In the event that you wish to file for an exchange or warranty claim, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and provide them with the reason for your request as well as any relevant evidence that may be required.
Please note that KLARF provides FREE EXPRESS WORLDWIDE SHIPPING on all watches. We use international couriers such as DHL, UPS, GLS, Fed Ex and others. We strive to process all orders within 3 working days (maximum). For any shipping in Europe you will receive your order within 2-5 business days once it has been dispatched. For any shipping outside of Europe you will receive your order withing 3-7 days once it has been dispatched. This does not mean you will receive your order within 5 or 7 business days from the day you placed the order. Once your payment has been authorized and verified it can still take up to 3 days (maximum) for your order to be processed and dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirming the shipment and providing you with a tracking number. Please note the timeframe of 2-5 business days is given as a guide only and may be subject to change due to customs delays and unexpected events.
Please note that it is not possible to cancel your order after the order left our distribution center. If you decide to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com to make sure that your order has not left our distribution center. You may place an Order for Products from outside the UE, but please note that your Order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the goods reach the destination. KLARF is liable if the goods are damaged or lost while shipped. You will have to contact our customer service within 14 days, if the goods are lost or damaged when you return the product it is you who will be liable. In any cases where you as a customer believe that the delivery is delayed so long that you do not wish to receive your order, you will have to contact our customer service within 14 days. Cancellation of the order after it has been dispatched is not possible. You will then have to wait until you receive the order and then return it.When returning a package it is important that you pack your order properly to avoid any damage on the item.
Our watches are guaranteed for 24 months from the date of purchase. In case your watch develops a fault during this time please contact our official online store: www.klarf.com through our contact form or contact our customer service through e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org. The warranty on a watch relates to the movement and not other parts such as the glass or the strap. Wear traces visible on the strap of a watch, must be considered as normal effects of usage.

This warranty warrants that you can receive free replacement in accordance with the terms set forth herein and within the specified term, and shall not restrict any lawful right of the Customer.
You can choose to pay via PayPal or with credit/debit card. Regarding payment with credit or debit cards, third companies (payment providers) manage all our banking transactions. KLARF does not handle any credit card numbers. Your credit or debit cards are handled securely over the internet. Your card details are sent to the bank and can under no circumstances be accessed or read by anyone else than your bank. There is no extra charge for paying with either Paypal or direct credit cards.
As soon as your order are confirmed we will send you a confirmation to your email. It is therefore important that you give us your correct email address when making a purchase or creating an account. Save this confirmation as a proof of purchase.
Orders made in someone else’s name without their consent, or otherwise results in KLARF to suffer economic damage will be reported to the police. KLARF holds the right to change prices, correct incorrect prices on all orders as well as final sales. If the price is incorrect, this may force us to cancel your purchase and refund any amount paid as soon as possible. This can be done at any time.
It is important that as soon as you receive your package, you check the goods / products to see if there are any damages or faults on the product, and also that you have gotten the correct product. KLARF shall be exempt from liability for damages and other penalties on the performance of the contract prevented, hindered or delayed by circumstances beyond our control. As the release factor should be considered include government intervention, new / amended legislation, lack of state, war, fire, flood, labor disturbance, prohibitions, restrictions, sabotage, poor transport or weather conditions or lack of delivery from suppliers and the company is exposed to criminal activity that affects activities.
All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyright, on the website and in the material published on it are owned by KLARF. Any use of the site or its content, including copying or storing such content in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the permission of KLARF.
All attempts at fraud reported to the police and KLARF reserves the right to cancel the purchase if any suspicion is raised.
